Took my daughter to get her hair cut and the lady (seat closest to the front on the right hand side when walking in) who did it was not friendly at all would not go back or recommend for kids cut. It was quick though!

Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in 10 minutes before closing and they refused to serve me. Open sign still on! They were cutting 2 guys and said that they were booked up. These same people will drive thru 10 minutes before closing and expect to be served!

I’ve always have good experiences here.. but today was a let down. It really depends on the stylist you get.. My stylist was very passive aggressive when I told her my sides were uneven and not how I wanted. I wasn’t rude to her nor did I raise my voice. I left with a choppy haircut, very disappointed.

I DO NOT reccomend this place. My daughter cut 6+ inches off her hair, and we had to go to Super Cuts to even it out. The stylist just started hacking her hair off, and when we got home, her hair was a more than an inch longer on one side. Thank you Super Cuts!

I LOVE Brooke Ward at Topcuts. She legit is the only girl who we took a chance on based on how awesome she looked. Now we come to her every week cause she is the only hairstylist worthy enough to cut both my kids hair. I’m extremely picky but she nails it every time. I’d like to say all the other employees need to get on Brooke’s level. Also shes not boujee stuck up. She is the realest. Thank you Brooke for being you and doing the damn thing.
