went in for a fill in and my nails didn’t even last a day! went in again to have it “fixed” and was accused of not properly asking for what i wanted. then continued to joke that me and my bf were fighting and that was the reason my nail broke. so unprofessional, and even after the fixing of my lumpy nails they fell off again after 2 days. unreal.

I came in right after they opened on a Saturday. Soon after, they filled up pretty quickly. I’d deff recommend an appointment because they seem to get pretty busy on the weekend. I got a simple pedicure & Cindy did a fantastic job! She was super sweet, friendly & had jokes lololol. My feet feel brand new & the price was the cherry on top. $41 for a basic & well done pedi. I’ll be coming back on my next visit to Chicago!

Got the cutest nails done by Tina! Super affordable prices as well for downtown Chicago – $48 for a dip powder and they don’t charge to remove. This manicure is 3 weeks old and still looking flawless! Can’t wait to go back!

This is so unfortunate. I have been coming to them off and on for about a year and have never received the type of service I received today. i’ve had a great experience every time i’ve been. the selection of colors is overwhelming but i appreciate it. all of the staff here are amazing and i’ve been to quite a few of them. i always do dip and it last forever, even with working in a restaurant full time.
