Critical: Cleanliness, QualityAfter telling me to “relax” during cuticle cutting when I had been cut on my right hand, the man proceeded to remove a chunk of skin from my left hand too. I then watched him and another employee “sanitize” their equipment by RUNNING IT UNDER WATER FOR A FEW SECONDS. No utensils were soaking in the blue sanitizing solution. Considering how I bled in the cuticle cutter, you would think they would take more cutting with cleaning. After cutting me, he proceeded to use acetone on my fingers, showing me how many cuticles were truly cut too short because every finger burned. When he was cleaning polish from around my nails, he dug in with his long nails right into my cuts. He never could get the polish cleaned enough, so he gave up leaving me with my mail polish needing to come off when I get home. If I end up with an infection, I know it’s from their dirty tools. The shop is extremely clean and organized and I like how peaceful it is when you walk in the door. The energy is very calm and soothing. I highly recommend this place. It is not your typical nail place where they’re trying to rush you to get you in-and-out. While they are fast they also pay great attention to detail and give you the services that you request. The location is super convenient, being just north of I-40 on Coors. So easy to get to!This place does such a great job! This place does such a great job! Cindy is my favorite ands always so professional and my nails look exactly how I like them every time!
