Extremely kind and sweet practitioner but she stayed in the room the entire time with me as I got prepared and after we had finished (so putting on and taking off the robe.) She also didn’t change the robe or bedding between my mom and I (I was the one who went 2nd). Product wise it’s a great salon, my face just still needs some cleaning out.

I was extremely nervous to begin laser hair removal due to my low pain tolerance. Sarah was very comforting and walked me through all the steps of the service. She even performed a test patch so that I could feel the laser before continuing. It certainly put my mind at ease knowing that the laser felt nowhere near what I thought it would. After my first session I am already seeing results (i.e. patching and hair consistently falling out). I would recommend Sarah and Top Aesthetics laser to anyone!
