I have been coming here for a while now to get my gel manicures and pedicures. I like the place and don’t have any major complaints. The only reason I give it 4 stars is for the lack of nail techs to do acrylic nails. The only one who does it is the male tech. So, if it’s a busy day you might have to be waiting a long time. Additionally, he is the one taking all of the payments for the customers, so there was a lot of interruptions when doing my nails to serve the customers. I’m okay with once or twice, but more than that is a little much. Besides that, it’s a good place.

I enjoyed when the owner did my nails at first. She took her time while the original lady who was going to do mine was working on another customer (I don’t mind) however, the new lady who came to do my nails did it fast with the cuticles. Today, I started to feel an annoying pain on my finger and I realized she took off too much cuticle. Also, I realized my nails aren’t the same size as each other which is bothersome. Overall, it was quiet which was nice and they gave me a buffer for my nails.

This place used to be so good. What happened? My manicure had bubbles in it (indicator of old nail polish) and started chipping within days. One of my toe nails were cut crookedly and it wasn’t fixed, so the final product was a crooked looking toe nail. I really like the massages they offer, but other than that I’m sad that the service isn’t what it used to be.

I was a very good customer there ,however the man at the front is RUDE,I walked in and he left me standing there when he saw me ,and didn’t bother to answer me when I asked how long was my wait ,when I turned to leave all of a sudden he wanted to speak .I tip very very well & will tell my friends to longer go there .Spending my money where I’m respected .Don’t bother to go there

Prefer this salon to the four others on the same street. Always treated well! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. My favorite part is the amazing back, neck, and head massage while nails are drying. I tip the technicians very well since I appreciate their services. I also try to avoid “rush hour” and therefore, never feel rushed!

This is the worse place ever, I went there for a manicure and pedicure omg I have to take the brush from her and be doing my feet myself they are lazy and all matters to them u should give them a big tip for doing what….. I got upset I paid them and tip her and said I would never ever go back there. Smh

I’ve been there a few times and never had a good manicure/pedicure. I decided not to go back anymore after today. I have tried the regular manicure, the gel manicure and also dip powder with tip, all of them were terrible jobs, today I got the gel manicure and when I saw the final result I asked her to remove it right away, there were several spots without nail polish and some nails the cuticules were not removed properly and it had gel polish stuck everywhere. Very disappointing honestly, I tipped the lady paid for everything and left, they don’t know how to treat their costumers and rush to finish the job. Very poor service. I wish they would listen to costumer needs instead of doing whatever they want.

Beware. Everything looked clean at first. During my manicure, the nail technician realized that her own nails had a peeled piece of skin. She used the cuticle cutter she was using for my nails on her peeled skin and then proceeded to cut my cuticles again. They don’t understand sterilization or why it’s done. They must just put the cutters in different boxes for the clients to think they are clean. Terrifying. Also they have a poster with pricing that is misleading. They charged me twice what was advertised.
