The women in charge by the name of NANCY is DISGUSTING. One of the most rude people I’ve ever met in my entire life. I was double charged and noticed it (not the first time be careful) so I corrected her and she argued with me, yelled at me, screamed in my face and then refused to give me my money back. I had to call the bank and prove that she charged me twice which I did and then she felt stupid and had the man refund me instead. She then talked about me the entire time to her staff and when I spoke up she had the nerve to turn to her customer and say a joke about me which made me so upset I left with my hair half done. She is very unprofessional and we will not ever be going back. Also be careful because they overcharge and ares super sneaky with debit card payments. They pick favorites as well and will pick a customer they know tips better than others first even if you have been waiting longer. I hate it here completely. WORST SALON EVER

A man shampooed my hair very roughly. I thought I would get a nice relaxing massaging shampoo Wrong. His long gross pinky nail scratched my neck. The hair brush was caked with old hairs. Worst salon ever ! Instead of washing my hair she practically washed my face and got shampoo in my eyes. Then I tell the guy blow dry With a little waves, he switched from blow dryer to straightener to curler because he didnt know how to do it right. Each curl was a different size and fell so odd. Smh very dissappointed. He even ended up giving up and going to the register waiting for me to go to him and just pay. Very disrespectful. I regret even giving 2$ tip to each.

I went to this races and disgraceful hair salon last night. I had hair dye in my hair and the lady WOULDNT put the color cream in my hair she said “i don’t need it”. After that another lady who sits in the front desk (NANCY) did my hair she did a HORRRRRRRIBLE job my roots were still wet and my hair was no where near straight the heifer gonna tell me my hair wouldn’t get straight i guess because I’m black but I’m mixed so i have good hair but i get very uncomfortable so i didn’t want her to finish because she began to pull my hair and have a attitude doing my black girl hair. Then as I’m leaving she started to grab me and pull on me AFTERRR I PAID HER 15$ for a half a*s job. If you are a black woman or any woman of color DO NOT SUPPORT THESE RACIST CHINESE PEOPLE stick to th Domicans. Have a blessed day

Conveniently located on Forest Ave. near Jewett Ave. Not typically a long wait, low prices. Parking can be a bit of a hassle. Good service for the price so do not expect the same service as a high end salon but good for a quick blow out.
