Went in to get a specific acrylic set, she did them pretty fast but came out nothing like the picture.. wasn’t too much of a big deal until they started lifting two days later. Went back in to see if they could fix them but were kind of rude about it and blamed it on them being matte. I’ve gotten matte acrylic before and they never lifted this fast. So she told me to do glossy and to find a different color? Which I wasn’t going to fight her on so I went with it. After she finished I noticed how much WORSE it was. First, she didn’t put a base coat on.. Second, she didn’t fully take off the other color so you could see pieces of the other color underneath. And third, she made my cuticles bleed.. it was like she was doing it on purpose to be petty about it. I don’t live in the area, but if I did I honestly would not go back.

I get gel polish manicure and pedicure. I’ve had great experiences here, as well as the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I ask for Tanya or Kelly, and they’re fabulous every time! They are great!

Took my granddaughters and myself. Pedicures were ok but the one granddaughter was started well after me and she was done before me. All the girl could think of was getting done with her. I had a back fill and after I left had to file my nails. Acrylic blobs were left all over my fingers and under the free edge. Not enough attention to detail. Speed is not everything. Now mind you, everyone there is very nice but when your spending over $200 it should be perfect and you should not have to do their job after you left.

I just went to have 3 nails fixed was there on Sunday. The girl said she would fix her mistake and 1 hour later she is finally done, she asks for $$15. I said why are u asking for payment when the work was not the best and couldn’t even last 1 day. I told her I never have been charged before however the manager wasn’t there so she got the last $$nail money out of me. Maybe next time don’t ask for payment on your shotty job. And remember the customer is always right!!! Please try and do better!

I dislike how they always talk in their language with each other and they talk shyt about people!!. I can tell they talk shyt I can Read body language. Another thing about it they don’t understand what we saying when we ask for certain things and they just talk to each other and do what want ! I wanted powder paint and she gwvw me something else and they charged us whatever they want and $2 extra if you pay certain way
