Critical: QualitySloppy and rushed work. She did not clean my cuticles or the skin around my nails at all. I left with nail polish on my hands. I am attaching pictures. If you want fast and quick work, this place is fine for that. I am not sure how one forgets to clean the nail cuticles when you are paying to get your nails done.

Critical: QualityI have been going to Top 1 on Roseville for at least 3 years now. I used to see Nina who was absolutely amazing. If I couldn’t get her I had great experiences with other nail techs. Unfortunately she is no longer there. For the past year or so my appointments have been rushed. Even when I had made an appointment ahead of time. Even a day or so. I have seen several different nail technicians who do not seem to take pride in their work. I had recently went in on a quiet non busy evening without but 2 customers, and it was still rushed. I thought the woman had evened my nails out but my thumb nails are almost a half inch different In length as well as my other nails. Very noticeable. Previously before this appointment a woman did not make sure my real nails were still intact with the fake nails, and they were falling off. Their method seems to be to use glue but it’s not effective. This recent time she used no glue or even made sure my nails were still intact with the acrylic. I used to love Top Nail. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going here since they first opened..Absolutely love all of the employees..Anne(the owner treats everyone like family). I do have my favorites to do my nails…Peter(could hand design just about anything I would asked for) Nina, is very good also. She is who I use now, just have to schedule for when she is finished with her classes. She is definitely worth the wait. I do have my favorites to do my nails…Peter(could hand design just about anything I would asked for) Nina, is very good also. She is who I use now, just have to schedule for when she is finished with her classes. She is definitely worth the wait.
