Valerie, you rock girl! I discovered this place after I had a bad experience somewhere else & brought my daughters and most recently my 1 & a half year old son here. The place is super cute – it reminds me of the 90’s Nickelodeon cartoons. Attached you will find a before (with grandpa), during & after photo. I got a chance to observe every stylist and was very impressed. Plus, you can’t beat the price. This is our new spot! Thank you Valerie

I took my son here and instantly regretted it. The woman cutting his hair didn’t listen to what I wanted, I said a trim on the sides and to cut his bangs. Instead she cut it uneven and made it look really awkward. I would’ve said something but if we were to fix it we’d have to shave his head. After reading the reviews it looks like they’re good at cutting girls hair but they’re not good with clippers. The photo included shows how uneven and choppy she left it.

We were very dissatisfied with this place. My daughter took my grandson there because they advertised first child’s haircut included child’s hair, photo and certificate. The lady that cut his hair didn’t know what she was doing. She left my poor grandsons hair all uneven. When we told her we wanted his hair she replied oh you should have told me before I threw it on the floor. My husband had to pick up his hair off the floor. When we asked for the picture of him with his first haircut she said she didn’t know anything about that and said the manager wasn’t working. I’ve been taking my kids to toonKlips for almost 11yrs, and We absolutely love this place! They have awesome professional kids & adults stylists that do an amazing jobs each & every time we go! Valerie is the best tho… she has even done my hair for Date nights You can’t beat the prices Anywhere. ToonKlips has always been good to us.

So frustrated with this place. I called 2 days prior to make an appointment and they told me it’s walk ins only. I checked online before I left and it said it was open. I drove my 3 kids 45 minutes through rush hour traffic and when I got there at 5:30 the lights were off and it was closed. I called the number and the man told me a stylist didn’t want to work past 5. Yet, online it showed “open.” This was a complete waste of my time and gas! So disappointed and I’m never going back, I’ll stay on my side of town from now on.

Great service, great haircuts and only $9.99. You also get a free treat at the snack place that is next door when you get a hair cut here. It’s a really Cute place and I love the decor and style. Service is also for adults, they offer waxing and hair color and everything is at an affordable price.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValuePlace is ghetto and dirty to start off. When I saw that, I should have walked out. NEVER WILL I GO BACK THERE NOR RECOMMEND.The lady in the back that had a dog, cut my sons hair. I didn’t catch her name, but she sales jewelry and other accessories.Not only did she leave my son with a bald spot, she cut him behind the ear. She blamed it on the clippers, but that’s like blaming it on the car instead of the operator. She was half way through the hair cut when she put Gorilla Glue on his hair. Who does that? My son complained that it hurt cuz she was pulling his hair. I should have punched her but I kept my cool and just comforted my son.
