I had an amazing experience. My cousin, my sister, and I came in and all left amazed because this time getting our nails done was the best our nails have ever looked. They carried on conversation with us, made us feel very welcome. The whole salon talked to each other. Literally the best nail experience ever. I am absolutely pleased with my entire experience! Kim is the friendliest nail tech that I have ever met and she gave me exactly what I asked for with no problem. Never have experienced “chicklets” at this Nail Studio! Book an appointment with Kim and/or Sierra and you won’t go anywhere else! 15/10 recommend this salon! I thought when you went to the nail salon to get your nails done, you bring whatever design you have in mind to show them and they try their best to do it. Evidently, I’m expected to send it to them ahead of time if I want them done that way. I called 2 hours prior to my appt time to ask if she had time to do dip powder instead of gel polish. I don’t Know her schedule, she may have not had someone after me, that’s why I asked way before I showed up. I also said on the phone “if you don’t have time, that’s totally fine, I will just get the gel polish I booked” but she said she could work it in and had me get there 30 minutes early. I didn’t mind getting there 30 minutes early, even though we didn’t start until my actual appointment time anyways, I didn’t mind. We get behind, that’s okay. Though I wasn’t happy with the color, that’s ultimately on me because I picked the color (even though it was darker on the swatch than it was on my nails). The shape of my nails was perfect, loved that. But when I showed the tech the image I had in mind for my engagement pictures, I was told immediately no “I don’t have time for a design today.” I’ve been planning to get my nails done for this for weeks…I would’ve appreciated a conversation regarding options. Maybe we could’ve done just polish with a design instead of dip powder. I was told she had time to do the dip powder on the phone, but was made to feel like an inconvenience for making her late on her other clients. If you didn’t have time, you could’ve said that before I came in. I wasn’t demanding at all. Unfortunately, you have to pay in advanced, so it’s not like I could’ve left and found somewhere else. I’m just upset that these are important pictures I will have forever, and I will hate the way my nails look in them. Update: I found a nail salon in town that fixed my nails exactly how I wanted (in less than 30minutes) so I no longer have to be upset with them nor do I have to be reminded of this experience when I look at them

Love it love it love it! 2 years been trying different salons and never got my nails done perfectly as Kim did. Lots of attention to detail and she literally can do any design, shape, or add awesome accessories to your nails and they will look sexy and natural! Highly recommend this place.
