I needed a haircut so I went to Tony’s Hair Company website and I was able to book an appointment that day. I arrived a few minutes early and I did not have to wait very long to be shown to a barber’s chair and got my haircut. I was very pleased with the job that Tony did. I have tried to call this place more than eight times over 10 months and the phone now just hangs up. I have also tried to contact them via message and voicemail and never got a call back. This is about the worst (or more aptly total lack of) service I have ever experienced from a hair salon when simply trying to book an appointment for a haircut.
