I have never been to this establishment, but thought I would try it for a 1hr massage. Upon arriving, the employee was nice. I really thought that it was going to be a pleasant and relaxing experience. Before the massage, you pay at the register in the front. A 1hr massage was $60, which seems like the going rate. After running my card for the initial charge, now it was time to add the gratuity. First of all, how am I suppose to know how much gratuity I want to leave considering I haven’t even had the massage yet. A bad massage doesn’t get a good gratuity added. The employee made sure that she pointed out where to fill in the tip. She kept telling me $40, over and over. The largest percentage of gratuity I have ever left a masseuse is a 25% gratuity for a great massage, which usually equals $15. The employee wanted me to tip $40 on a $60 massage. Needless to say, I had my money returned to me and I left. The establishments in Pace and Milton are the exact same way. It would be nice to find a place that doesn’t hound you for a huge gratuity. In my eyes, a 25% gratuity is plenty.

I pass by this place often and I decided to stop in to see what they offered. As a walk in I was happy I didn’t have to wait. Cynda was my massage therapist and she give me a range of services and prices. She looked like a lightweight, but she was no lightweight when doing the massage.

I was not impressed with this place. I feel as if i wasted my money. When i got there i had to wait 30 mins for the therapist to get there. When she finally got there the massage was super rough. I kept telling her its too hard its too rough and all she did was say okay and remained at the same pace. Then when leaving she wanted a tip. I didnt feel as if she deserved a large tip since she never told mw her name and made mw feel like an elephant had walked on my back. She asked to look in my wallet for more money for a tip and i told her HELL NO. I will never be back. Ever. And to make it worse it was my first ever massage on my birthday
