My visit yesterday was very spa like. I really enjoyed the way I was treated considering I kept falling asleep when Ivy’s sister Mey( I hope that’s how you spell her name) was doing my nails. So she told me nicely to move to the foot bath chair so I can really relax. To me that was much appreciated. There was hardly no one there or else that wouldn’t be possible. She did impeccable work. I love my nails. I really do. She is a good asset to your company. It’s hard to find a technician that takes pride in their work. She surpassed my expectations. Thank you.

Went to Tonys Nail and Salon to get 2 pedicures done. We were the only ones there. It was nice a quiet and I’m like ok lets add 2 manicures after I get my eyebrows done. Vincent who worked on me was quick to say YES and Ivy snapped and said NO! I was like ok then when can we come back? She said in an 1 hr..3:30 pm. So Im giving them the benefit of the doubt to go back. There is a car on Monroe street blocking traffic that broke down in front of us going back to our appt. I do a curiosity call Im running a few minutes late. Vincent answer and and said ok. We walked in at 3:36. 6 mins late even tho I called. Ivy YELLS at us like little kids in front of of 4 customers and said YOUR LATE! And I said why didnt the person that answered the phone say ,you need to reschedule? I answered her back and said you never WILL never get us back you are RUDE. I don’t see how you run a business with appts and take walk in’s at same time. DON’T GO THERE she is RUDE! I would have understood the policy if they would have said your late or don’t be late. But it was unfortunate that a car broke down in front of us. First impression Ivy and I hope your business FAILS! Thank you Vincent you are a GEM!

I’ve been going to Tony’s Nail Salon on and off for awhile now. I usually have Ivy do my nails mostly because she’s fast and I don’t have patience to sit there for a long time. She usually isn’t great, but not bad. However I haven’t wanted to go back because she just isn’t friendly at all. I feel like she’s doing ME a favor. But no one else there does a half decent job as far as manicures go. I used to have acrylics years ago but have just done manicure gels with my own nails for the past few years. I recently went elsewhere to get acrylics put on, however they did a horrible job so I went back to Ivy to have them fixed. I went in today for a fill with Ivy. Again, she was fast, but not great. Before she put the gel on I asked her “aren’t u going to do my cuticles.” So she did them. When I went to leave they charged me $60. When I asked what the $60 was for, she rudely said $30 for fill, $15 for manicure, $10 for eyebrow wax, and $5 for the ugliest one nail decoration with some diamonds that I can’t even tell what it is. I know it’s. been awhile since I’ve had acrylics, but since when is trimming your cuticles an extra $15. Not to mention my nails are lumpy and sloppy looking. On a positive note, I have to say that Henry does a a great pedicure. He takes his time but my toes always look great. Because of my experience today, paying an extra $15 to have my cuticles cleaned up on top of $30 for a fill, I definitely will not be returning to Tony’s Nail Salon. Not to mention, I try to engage her in conversation, but she is rude. No wonder why they are NEVER busy!

Do not get dip nails here. They look nice when you walk out but they crack and chip off within a couple of days. The salon has been willing to repair them but even the repairs don’t hold up. The last time I had dip nails done they lasted one full month under very harsh working conditions. This time all I’ve been doing is regular living like making my bed and changing clothes and they break. The pedicure was well done and although it’s just regular nail polish, they still look perfect. How can it be that regular polish outlasts and out performs expensive dip nails? I don’t understand it, but I’m not going back for another round. One of my “repairs” is cracked again but I’m tired of driving to the salon and this would be my fourth trip. Uhg! I think I’ll put some regular top coat polish on and see if it helps.

I am absolutely unhappy with the visit to Tony’s nails in North Indio. The girl who did my nails could not do the simple round shape. All my nails look different., some shorter some longer. ( I originally had perfectly long nails) To top it off their palette don’t match the actual gel colors. I had choosen a light pink and ended up with a candy pink . When I tried to complain they simply ignored me and told me that these were the new awesome colors they got. I ended up spending 1,5 hour there and was absolutely unhappy with their service for a relatively expensive price. ($35 for French tip). Never coming back!

Me and my boyfriend’s daughter both got pedicures here and it seemed nice, good prices…but they cut both of us during our pedicures. Either inexperienced or just didn’t care. Not a fan of this place.

Made an appointment for 3 pedicures and wanted to add one more and then the owner was very rude for wanting to add one more and told us to leave. But they do walk ins so makes no sense why another one of us couldn’t have gotten a pedicure. Was literally yelling at us JUST because we wanted to add one more

When I first started going there they did a good job but the last 3 times they hurt me and this time both my big toes got enfected and bled. I told the guy he was hurting me but it didn’t seem to make a difference.
