I had a terrible experience here. I called in and asked for an appointment for a dip manicure. When I sat down I restated that I wanted dip and without asking ANY questions the man began cutting my nails completely off. I was in shock and after a couple of fingers I stopped him and told him those were my real nails he was cutting off. He didn’t understand what I was saying until another worker came and explained to him. He must have assumed I had acrylics on. It was so disappointing and shocking, I have been trying to grow out my nails for my upcoming wedding. I have never had someone just straight up cut my nails off without asking what they were or how long I wanted them. I now have acrylics on those nails he cut down because they were nubs and completely unworkable! They did not charge me for the acrylics, but I felt my whole service should have been offered for free since he messed up so terribly. Stay away from this shop!

I’ve received 2 pedicures here. I had to ask for undercoat. The first time they didn’t and developed chips on multiple toes the third day. The color I chose did not go on like the chip in the book. When she did the first toe she should have stopped. And asked me was I sure? It came out fluorescent orange and I didn’t notice it until after she was done. Now I have to go in and pay for a color change. The pedicure is priced right @ $30 plus $10 tip but it looks like I have to go back to Lavish and pay the extra ten bucks.
