HORRIBLE customer service. I booked an appointment and showed up wanting a design, only to be told he couldn’t do that design and I got a marble instead with four of my nails uneven. I got 3D flowers that have ALL fallen off a week later. A few weeks later he posted on Instagram the exact same design that I wanted! The receptionist informed me that deposits are refunded if canceled 48 hours prior to your appointment, I canceled my appointment more than a week of my appointment and now I cannot get my deposit back, because that’s not policy and the reception gave me bad information. I asked him why he was being rude and he told me I’m rude for asking for my money back and hung up in my face! What you see on Instagram IS NOT what you get in real life, he only does fancy things for his friends and events. He is very true to the stereo type of Asians, unfortunately!

Well I certainly expected more from the salon. I went in last week. Wasn’t what the website shows. I had my nails done new set. They were pretty but not what I expected for the charge. I am getting married so I wanted to spare no cost. I understand the 50.00 deposit. However I was charged 60.00. I chose to say nothing. I made another appointment but was once again charges 60.00 not 50.00. I called to question this and was treated very rude. I told the person on the phone I’d discuss this with Tony on my appointment. Well well… not even 3 mins later I was refunded my 60.00 and my appointment cancel. WOW JUST WOW! very unprofessional and extremely rude! Not sure who they think they are but his media rising will be his downfall. Stay away unless you intend on being disappointed. Not worth the money. And the staff is horribly rude.” We’re busy with orders I will call you back”, but it never happened.

Tony’s work is absolutely amazing! He is such a creative artist, I love that the designs are done with solar powder and not painted on so they last for a long time!! His salon is comfortable and relaxing … I really enjoy my visits 🙂 The online scheduling makes it so convenient to schedule my appts 24/7 and reschedule if needed. Thanks Tony!!!!

I am from out of town and went here because of the reviews. I had the best experience here! Called and got a same day appointment for two people! Tony was fast but pays such attention to detail. He is hilarious and does great work. Go see tony! He is fantastic.

Tony is good at his job but their customer service is garbage. If you have an appointment make sure YOU call them to pay the deposit or else they will lie and say they tried to call you and cancel your appointment without telling you. I even went through my call history with them and she kept insisting she called saying “no I call everybody” I told her if she called me I would have happily left a deposit so I could get a refill.

Tony’s work is amazing but his customer service is horrible and I will never spend another dollar with him! I have been going to Tony for some time now driving 2 hrs their and back and this is the 3rd time I had an appt and he has called to cancel or tell me to come at another time! This would be fine and dandy but not when your driving 2 hours their and back. Tony acts as if only his time is valuable! My 1st appt was cancelled because he said he had to go to Vegas, okay fine. So his wife and I agreed on another date and time to now all of a sudden when I call to verify that I still had my appt on tomorrow he say’s to me (very rudely) if I didn’t call to cancel then you still have your appt. His wife then calls me back about and hour later and say to me I NEVER scheduled you an appt can you come in at 12 noon? No, I can’t come at 12 noon I already had plans made after my nail appt (that was never scheduled)! I proceeded to tell her that we agreed on 10 am and she tells me no, someone else has a 10 am appt and if you can’t come at 12 noon then don’t come. Tony then gets on the phone and say to me I don’t even do nails on Saturday (which is a damn lie, all my appts been on Saturdays)! Before Tony was well known he was nice and sweet as can be, now that he done got IG famous he is rude and arrogant!

Tony is the absolute best of the best. I have never, ever had such a prefect nail job & I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years. I showed Tony a pic that I found online & he not only nailed it (haha) but far surpassed the quality in the picture. Tony is a very kind & friendly person. His salon is clean & calming.
