I wanted a fill in, and they did it 30 minutes before they closed. They paint my daughter nails and toes. It was two people on my hand getting the job done. The older lady arched my eyebrows and she really knows what she’s doing. Very polite and concerned. Will be going back. And they have bottle water in the fridge

Great customer service. They were busy but I was able to get in a chair for a pedicure as soon as I walked in. Also, although they had to change my technician, the manager (I think) let me know what was going on and how my wait wouldn’t be much longer. My pedicure looked great and I wasn’t there all day.

First time going there.. I got there at 9:50 and I didn’t walk out the door until 11:00 ! The person doing my nails were working on two people at a time and taking forever. Then I got GEL and my nails started popping off the very next week! Won’t be coming back , and VERY disappointed

I sat in this place for about 30 minutes a lady walks in and sit for 5 minutes. And she was put in a chair and gotten her services started before me. And when they finally got to me. I asked the tech if that lady had an appointment she said ‘no are you upset that that lady got started before you and you were her longer?

They do what i ask the reason for 3 stars i am a licensed cosmetologist . The massage part of both pedicure and manicure are almost non existant , as someone from a heavy services industry who is on my feet hours at a time very disappointing. If you are jut looking for getting the nails done as in ans out as you can they get that done prices are good

Expensive and horrible service. Nail tech stayed on video chat. No customer service skills as far as communication… they did not put any love or gentleness into their work. My toe is in pain and still sore.

Went in on Monday for mani & pedi both left Alot to be desired. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.. went back on Thursday to fix one Gel nail asked why my cuticles were ignored no response today another has pealed off and several others chipped. Please avoid this place.

Giving them 1 star because it wont let me give them 0. Was at the nail salon at 9:05 and waited till 9:13 before someone showed up. I wanted a gel fill in and a pedicure. I was the only person there and showed the guy a picture the design I wanted. It was French tips with a design on the ring finger. The first thing i notice was he didnt even take all the color off my nails. He then cut my nails shorter with out even asking if I wanted them shorter. I thought he knew what he was doing since he was the “professional “. Then we went to put color on the whole nail and I told him it was suppose to be French. He then told me he couldn’t do French because there was color still left on my nails(which he left). Also ones I showed him the snowman I wanted on my ring finger he forgot how I wanted my nails done. He then told me he could paint my nails a different color but would have to be the whole nail. I was so upset cause I had a Christmas party to go to and a whole design in mind to match my outfit. I decided to pick another color since at this point I’m just ready to leave. Once he was done the color felt sticky and peeling at the ends. He didnt listen at all to me and then did a horrible job so bad I wouldn’t even stay to get a pedicure!!!!!!! I will not reccomend this place and will be telling friends and family to not go here. I drove from goose creek to moncks corner and paid to have my nails done just to have to pay someone else to do them. Alot of time wasted for a stay at home mom who never gets to enjoy her time !

They overbook their appointments and then you have to wait 30-45 mins longer than your appt time. I was not happy with the quality of their work. After just 2 days, my nails were “lifting” from the cuticle. Very disappointed
