I came in to get fills bcuz my normal place was closed. I will never return. I took the nails off as soon as i got home. They where lumpy and un-even. Even the nail polish was horrible. If u ask for the guy specifically i think he’s ok. I saw his work but i was new and didn’t know. I assumed they all knew how to fo their job. I feel like i was robbed out of my money. The lady who did my nails should most definitely NOT be doing nails at all.

I recently did my nails here last Friday. The nail tech was good and very friendly at what she was doing. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because I got cut or a burn mark after getting waxed by kim. She was a little rough, especially when adjusting my head during process of getting waxed. Now I have a scab the size of a penny in between the center of my eyebrows. I would post up a photo but, for some reason it won’t let.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for 7 years, Tina always does my nails and I always leave happy. Recently I took my sister to get her first full set and she loved it! My nails last and don’t lift whatsoever, I come every 3 weeks for my fill and the gel still looks good and my nail underneath stays healthy! The lady’s could be a little mean but you just need to know who to go to. Tina is the nest for nails, Steven amazing for pedicures and Kim 9 times out of 10 will leave your eyebrows looking great!

I do not recommend they didn’t do anything to my feet of that than french tip. I asked for a pedicure and they said it was $18 I told them to do french tip and they said ok. When they rang me up they said it was $23 because french tip is extra but they did say that. They only took 7 minutes and their foot bath didn’t have bags. Not going back.

You have the right to request an unopened tool bag before your services. All nail shop salons should have sanitary steamed machinery. There lisence pemits should be visual at the work station at all times for each technician and it has to belong to them. Your not intitled to tip for a custom job that the price already varies by size style and quality. It’s a choice and your right. You should not be intimidated to pay before the service is completed. They use the same tools on almost every customer with out properly following prodocols. They either hand wash them and soak them which is illegal. They should always wash there hands before and after or sanatize after every current customer. Which they don’t. The pedicure seating areas do not all work and should be compensated or discounted for a seating area that is not working properly and is not servicing you for what you are being charged for. You are paying for comfort, an electronical massager that should be on at all times while you are seating there (per your request if so) and all handles should be working properly. Your technician should not at any time be texting or making and or receiving non emergency calls. If so they should stop handling your service physically to prevent any and all negligence on there behalf to prevent any open wounds due to not properly sanatizing and steaming these tools that are being used in varies people that can carry diseases and infected bacterias along with viruses. There are certain prodocols that should be followed when cleaning there work station areas after each use which are not being followed. The cleansing of the pedicure seating areas are done half way and rushed through and not using the proper cleansers. They beat time but scrubbing one or two areas only and save money and time buy rinsing some of the surrounding areas. They do not drain there drains to prevent mold from running back up when filling the water for use. There nails stations do not get properly disinfected for the next seating customer. They rush everyone and will manipulate the situation to fill that seat asap. Theyre eyebrow room used for varies other services as well also is very neglected. They don’t change the towels or disinfect anything or even change the stick they use for the waxing it’s the same one over and over it is not replsced. We all have different type of skins and can be very delicate for many of us not to share bad cell reproduction that others carry. Some clients don’t shower before coming in and some do and have open pores at the time of service. This business should be looked into by proper authiauthor enforcing them to follow all proper prodocols and procedures to prevent spreading infections viruses and diseases. I took the time to elaborate this because I wouldn’t wish it in my worst enemy the sh×× you can catch but being serviced here. There are some amazing techs but there is also alot of racism and hepocrocy. The thing that bothers me on a very personal matter is how they talk about you in there own language which I’m sure is very uncomfortable and it’s uncalled for to be talking to each other from across the room, and you can tell it affects there performance just by the way they start messing up on you nail polish or they messed up on the acrilic and them make you feel like it’s your fault. If you speak English and so does your customer I honestly believe that it should be a respectful courtesy to also speak your language or maybe hold off on your convo. Oh but wait!!!! These people don’t even get there proper break time or lunch break if they’re eating and a customer comes in they have to stop eating so that you don’t wait and decide to leave and go elsewhere. There is also family members that work there that and are related to the Owner and are extremely disrespectful. I’ve been to way less renovated places and almost falling apart lol and follow prodocols and proper cleansing procedures BY THE BOOK don’t let looks and fake smiles full you Ladies and Gentlemen. I’m sure there is alot of satisfied customers but it’s unsafe here

They got nail polish all over me and didn’t want to take it off! they told me it would wash off later! They did a messy job and the results were terrible! Apparently all Spanish speakers are just Mexican people according to the lady who was doing my nails!
