I’ve gone to this salon multiple times and usually I’m very happy with the end result but I hate the fact that I have to choose one person out of the full salon to do my nails because they’re the only person I know can do them right. I usually have the guy do it but I let the old woman do it for the first time today and my nails are not only uneven by didn’t get at all what I asked for. Throughout the whole process I repeatedly told her I wanted them shorter ,I wanted them pointier, and I wanted a shiny coat but I got none of them I was not only charge $50 for basic sets of nails but the woman repeatedly not listen to me throughout the whole exchange. Won’t ever go again, making me pay $50 for nails like this! I wanted the nailed attached bellow and go nails not even worth 25 dollars

I got my eyelashes done and I spent 66$ over a week cause my eyelashes kept coming off. The owner’s wife did tell me I didn’t have to pay cause my lashes kept coming off but I tipped her 23$ and I woke up to my eyelashe coming off again OMG
