I want to like this place because it’s such a beautiful place, but the service is bad. I’ve been here three times; twice for a manicure and once for a pedicure. The first time visit was ok, no complaints. The second time, I explained to the manicurist what I wanted and she completely freestyle my nails to something I did not ask for, but I still tipped her for her service since she was so kind to me. The last time I came was for a white gel pedicure, the lady was nice at first with trying to engage conversation with me, but her attitude completely changed when I politely asked her to fix one of the nails. She was speaking a different language in an aggressive tone while she was working on my nail. I’m not satisfied with my pedicure, but I did not feel comfortable being there anymore. I still tipped her, as well. I don’t want to believe that she wished ill upon me whenever she was speaking her language, but my toe has been in pain since she’s worked on it.

This is not just a pedicure, it’s n experience. Always greeted by friendly staff and they take such good care of their customers. Today’s treatment included an Vietnamese coffee just what I needed. The service is very thorough and relaxing. You’ll want to stay all day. Decorated like a pink wonderland for the holidays. Can’t wait to treat my granddaughters.

This was one of my worst experiences at a nail and spa business. The prices were average for a pedicure which is what I got. Some of staff was nice but the lady that did my feet was really rude and had a bad attitude. Didn’t say or even ok at me the whole time. She even was giving attitude to my girlfriend just because we wouldn’t get a more expensive pedicure service. The girl didn’t even look like she cared and surely didn’t put any effort into my needs as a customer. WILL definitely not be coming back again!!!

Tony’s is a fantastic day spa. I’ve received nail, waxing and facial services there—and have been satisfied with everything. I go at least once a month and have for a few years. The facilities are clean and the staff are warm & friendly. Imo it’s worth every penny.
