I got gel nails and I am not happy how they turned out. The nails are shorter than I had expected which is completely my fault but even if I messed up on how long I wanted them. My nails are all different sizes and she looked at each of them to make sure they were even and they’re not. Also, my nail’s aren’t straight and I just asked for a square shape that way she didn’t have to do anything fancy with it. I attached some photos as a visual. I still left a tip as well.

Critical: QualityI normally do not get my nails done but I was told by a friend that this place is great. I asked for all matte black besides the white ring fingers, oval shaped, I showed a reference photo for the shape. I didn’t notice the air bubbles or how crooked they were until I looked at them closer after I left. I normally do not get my nails done but I was told by a friend that this place is great. I asked for all matte black besides the white ring fingers, oval shaped, I showed a reference photo for the shape. I didn’t notice the air bubbles or how crooked they were until I looked at them closer after I left. If could use 0 I will or even bellow 0 … the owner is the rudest person I’ve ever met . He talk nasty to customers he has the worst costumer experience skills ever make you feel he do it for free … I came earlier than my appointment cause I didn’t hear the time correct over the phone when I asked to reschedule cause I am gonna be late for work he gave me the worst attitude ever talk mean in front of other people … so nasty and no respect to customers think he is the only business in the area … by the there is plenty of nail salons around that has great customer experience and do great job the only reason why I choose to go there because it’s close to my work . Some people they need to to learn about customers service before opening. Business . And sometimes they forget that they live in USA a huge competitive market and if you loose one customer you loose a lot.

I’ve been here a total of 3 times now. First two times were okay they were done by the girl 2nd row all the way to the left. This last time I had them done by the guy (owner maybe?) and they were terrible. The acrylic powder was just slopped on, half of the steps that are included in a refill weren’t done, and they were barely filed, all uneven, sharp, and just straight up one of the worst refills I have ever gotten. The guy’s attitude is very arrogant and is honestly disrespectful to customers based off of hearing him on the phone and clients coming in that he knew. There’s a difference between being respectful and funny, and then being disrespectful and snarky. He told me “I got 3 people in and out in under a half hour and you’re one of them.” He seemed so proud of that but that’s nothing to be proud of because a complete refill takes between 30-45 minutes and I could tell I was his idgaf set since I’m not one of his regulars and there’s a reason why I won’t ever be. I got matte brown that chipped in less than 3 days and it didn’t even look like I got a refill. You can find better places worth your money. All the owner cares about here is making the money not actually taking the time to do your nails right, unless you’re one of regular clients. Save your money.

I’ve gone to this salon a couple of times. Didn’t get a design until now. It’s a very special occasion for me. I went to get my nails done for my 21st birthday I’m Las Vegas this weekend. I wanted some Vegas designs and the woman tells me she can’t even do a club and spade symbol. She can only do the heart and Diamond. So I had to improvise and figure out a way to combine ideas. So I went with dice. A 2 and a 1 for 21. She even messed up one of the dots. A single dot. And even the hearts. I can’t believe I paid $50 for this to be messed up. Not only that but it felt rushed. She didn’t take time to understand what I wanted and even rushed with my eyebrows. No after oil or lotion. And to be honest. It felt like she was talking about me to her coworkers and laughing at me. please do better next time because I don’t want to feel embarrassed when I’m paying for good nail services.

Everyone is always ranting about how awesome this place is.. so, I figured that I would try it out… BAD DECISION. I attached the design that I initially wanted… Clearly I did not receive the service I intended to. When I expressed my disappointment to the woman that was doing my pedicure… she expressed frustration and annoyance. She stated “why didn’t I tell her” and then began to talk about me to her coworkers in anger. I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable that I told her it was fine even though I was extremely upset. The owner was sitting right there and didn’t even try to make things right. After my service was complete, my total came out to be $95… So they charged me for a design I didn’t like! I let it go and I even tipped them on my way out. I couldn’t help but to be totally upset/displeased with the service and unprofessionalism I had received. So, I called the owner and I asked him if there was anyway that I could get a refund and expressed that they could even remove the work they provided. The owner showed no sympathy and/or understanding & he even had the nerve to to tell me that he would fix the work when he got back from vacation in 2 weeks!!!! I expressed to him that I no longer wanted to go to their salon after the experience that I had and he was unwilling to refund me any of my money. I told him that I would be making a bad review and he acted as if he didn’t even care. Totally would not recommended!!! Took my daughter for the first time ever for full gel set. From the pictures you can see some nails are not straight. It seems like they rush people in and out to get more customers so when ask to fix they are already taking care of next customer. Horrible experience.
