Back in April I had encourage my mother to do the course with them “Protocol for Demo Facial Anatomy in Harvard”, when I did my research and saw a review in the google and on other website I was skeptical but reading the replies I decided to surpass that and give them a vote of trust.My mother purchased their course paying over $3k, and in June contact them to get the reimburse because she couldn’t do it anymore. They didn’t even reply to her, or gave her an update about the reimbursement. My aunt went to do her eyebrows with them back in December and now its getting laser because her eyebrows look awful after couple weeks.They claim they want to lift your self-esteem but if you decide to do anything with them the only thing you are getting is headache, and drowning in poor self esteem because they will ruin your self image.If you are a celebrity than you are good because they will give you the best service, but if you are just a regular human being to be prepare to pay for a poor quality service, that only carry their name high on reviews because they have friends and family members giving those reviews to them.To people out there looking for med spa please save your money and run from them.PS: The reviews were they claim “fake” unfortunately its all real reviews.Unprofessional, money hungers, dishonest, poor quality services and many more poor adjectives to describe this place and the people working here. Critical: QualityI had a botox and it didn’t last even 1 month, I paid dearly and the service was not good, I’ve been doing botox for a long time and I’ve never seen it last so little, I expected at least 3 to 4 months to have an effect and not just 1 . I was very disappointed , I felt cheated , terrible experience .
