I was hesitant because of the reviews but I was informed the new owners took over 4 weeks ago. The place is completely remodeled. New chairs, stations, decor, everything, it’s so cute inside. My nail tech was great! She did exactly what I showed her I wanted. She took her time and was very gentle! That’s always a problem I’ve had at other salons. The price is also very reasonable! I will definitely Be going back for my fills.

Made an appointment for my friends and I to get mani pedis fours days ahead of time. We still did not get them done at same time. My tech seamed very distracted. I had to keep reminding him to do my thumb or my pinkie. I had gel done, which normally lasts me 3 to 4 weeks. After going to natural nails it lasted 2 days before it started to chip. I will not be returning. Very disappointed

I’m not one to leave reviews but this experience was pretty bad. Went in for a pedicure and a refill/fill in. First time going there the lady rushed cut me four times with the file and when I jerked back she asked if I was ok but then started laughing. She asked me if I wanted them shorter and I said yes but never asked me how short and cut all of the end of the nail off and one of them crooked, and one of them all the way to the bed of the nail. Ended up paying 78 for the pedicure and 43 for the fill in. Way over priced for no good service

Critical: QualityThe woman that was doing my eyebrows was on the phone the entire time so I couldn’t get her to listen to me. I don’t do thin eyebrows they don’t look good on my face she just starts snatching them out when she got done she says do you like? I’mNo but what can we do glue them back on? My finger nails are all shaped differently and the second I opened my car door the polish was ruined after sitting for more than 30 minutes waiting on them to dry. This is my third time going here in 2 months and everytime was horrible. I wanted to give them a chance to see if the service had changed because the people are Nice. However, I will not return it has only been 5 days and 3 of my nails broke I have had to add superglue to keep them on. The same three nails I explained were broke and instead of cutting the old acrylic off my nails and putting new acrylic on, the superglue was just filed down a little bit and acrylic put on top. This has caused the acrylic to break multiple times and I paid over a $100 I’m very disappointed as these are my real nails.
