Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI haven’t come here in a while because of the last experience. But as desperate as I was i tried again. I understand and expect a wait at a nail salon…and as dumb and inconvenient a strict cash only business is in today’s time…I sat to wait. There were about 5 waiting. What I don’t understand, is A) only having two ppl working…but B) how unprofessional it is to see these people waiting and stand up to say “you wait a little longer. I’m gonna take a break.” Like WHAT? Now I remember why I don’t go here. Babylon is 100% better. I’d rather wait.I haven’t come here in a while because of the last experience.
