Crazy, I booked an appointment for today at 11:30 for the Toni and Guy in Southlake. It was canceled for some unknown reason. I did not cancel and they did not call me. I showed up for this appointment. I have been using Toni and Guy on and off for over 20 years. I even went to the Toni and Guy in Korea when I was living there.

My first haircut was with Samuel in December 2021. I had been growing my hair out for almost 2 yrs to donate it to a wonderful charity. Samuel did a phenomenal cut and I was extremely happy, because I have high anxiety when getting a haircut. So, I had my second haircut again on 4/25/2022. I wasn’t as happy or impressed as I was with the first one. I asked him to cut it exactly the way he originally did in December. But, he decided he didn’t like the cut and opted for a different one, which I wasn’t completely impressed with, like the original. I had to come back the next day, because it was totally uneven on both sides. Samuel wasn’t there, so Channel fixed it for me, but had to make some adjustments from what Samuel had done and it ended up being shorter than I wanted. However Channel did a wonderful job correcting Samuel’s mistake. I asked Channel if she wouldn’t mind mentioning it to Samuel that I had to come back in to have her correct his error and she said that she would definitely mention to him. When I came back 6 weeks later to have the sides and back touched up, he never acknowledged or apologized for what he previously did. And did a complete rush job on my 6 week touch up. Now going foward, I need another haircut, but feel very anxious and uncomfortable to come back to your location. Unfortunately, I now need to start the time consuming process all over again of reading other clients reviews from different hair stylist to find someone else or consider if I even want to come back as a recurring client to your company. I usually don’t write bad reviews and have been contemplating on writing this one. But, I finally decided to do so because of what a dreadful experience it was and caused me so much unnecessary stress and anxiety, when I was originally an extremely pleased and happy client.

They were able to get me in the SAME DAY and Chanel was amazing! She knew what I wanted, and walked out feeling so good about myself. I know I don’t take time to get hair cuts done on a regular basis, but I would definitely come back for her. She is worth every penny!

I went here for the first time yesterday and got my hair cut by Sally, and I’ll definitely be back. Staff was super friendly and Sally was fantastic. The whole experience was relaxed and fun – I haven’t had a good time at a hair salon like that in a long time. Sally listened to me during a brief consultation, we looked inspo pictures before the cut, and then she kept communicating with me throughout the process. I ended up taking off another half inch (for a total of almost 8 inches cut) when she asked about length midway through, and I’m so glad she gave me the opportunity to go a little shorter. She’d let me play with my hair towards the end to make sure the texture was to my liking and was so patient with me while I decided if I needed anything else done. I normally feel so rushed or like I don’t have a chance to really say anything once a stylist starts to cut my hair, but thanks to Sally I got what I had been hoping for. It’s so nice to be able to enjoy my hair again.

Worst place ever !! Don’t waste your time and money going there. They don’t respect their clients or their clients’s time. The team has an attitude and are not friendly. They are not creative with haircut too and I could hardly get my hair done the way I like at anytime Mindy did my haircut . I stopped using them after they canceled my appointment for being 7 minutes late, this gives an idea how inpatient they are with their customers and they will get so annoyed if asked to fix something or understand what I need to get done, my experience was sooo poor with them
