Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’m hesitant for anyone to work on my hair. I have long curly hair. But let me tell you I left happy as ever. Nicole worked with me and was phenomenal start to finish. My hair looks so good! Safe to say I found my new hairstylist and I’m sure the rest of the staff are just as Great!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady who did my hair was nice but didn’t have enough time to finish my cut. She also took so much volume out of my hair that it’s super thin now. So I even though I want to go in and get it fixed I can’t because if they do anything else to it I’ll look like a cancer patient. The lady who did my hair was nice but didn’t have enough time to finish my cut. She also took so much volume out of my hair that it’s super thin now. So I even though I want to go in and get it fixed I can’t because if they do anything else to it I’ll look like a cancer patient. I have been going to another person at a different hair salon, (which I liked ) but she never really listened to what I wanted, even when I took pictures. I decided to try Toni & Guys and Victoria was available and boy did I get a gem of a hair stylist. She listened to what I was wanting and even pulled up pictures to see exactly what I wanted. She decided to cut my hair dry to see how my hair fell. She cared and would stop and ask me how it looked. When she was finished she even showed me how to blow dry it to get the look. If you are looking for a hair stylist then you need to check out Victoria. She is amazing. I have been going to another person at a different hair salon, (which I liked ) but she never really listened to what I wanted, even when I took pictures. I decided to try Toni & Guys and Victoria was available and boy did I get a gem of a hair stylist. She listened to what I was wanting and even pulled up pictures to see exactly what I wanted. She decided to cut my hair dry to see how my hair fell. She cared and would stop and ask me how it looked. When she was finished she even showed me how to blow dry it to get the look. The 2 stars are not a reflection on her. The 2 stars is for everything else. The woman who started with the gloss was so very unfriendly, very unprofessional and cold natured. I felt so uncomfortable. She didn’t even say hello and just started dry brushing my dry curly hair with a big brush. It hurt of course and turned into a big huge fuzz ball. She left me sitting in the chair for 30 minutes without telling me what was going on. I saw her walking around to 3-4 different stylists looking confused on what she should be doing in terms of mixing the gloss color. I had to stop and ask her if everything was ok. ZERO communication on what was going on for 30 minutes. Another stylist came to help with the gloss application due to time. The color ended up being nothing like I asked for or picked out. Another person washed my hair and didn’t adjust the headrest so water kept going into my ears. I spoke up to ask nicely that water keeps going into my ears. He said “oh ok” and then it kept happening so he gave me a towel to hold onto my ears. I was so uncomfortable the entire service until I got to the last person Chelsea who treated me like an actual human being. She was very nice, great communication. It was my wedding anniversary so that’s why I was getting my hair done. I will never return here.
