Poor customer service, I asked very simple cut, she cut my hair very shorter than I asked. I said it’s very short and she said I’m sorry. Front desk about the experience and I showed the photo and what I got and different cut on each side and he kept asking about tip. Waste of money and time and I have to live with this poor quality cut

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had my hair colored by Bella Yi and she did amazing! She got my hair from medium brown to almost platinum, she was honest about the possibility of getting it as white as I wanted because of how dark my hair was but promised to get as close as possible. I leave 4 stars instead of 5 because of what happened after I was colored and washed typically you get blow dried I mean for the last 15 years of coloring my hair at salons including Toni&guy I’ve always had my hair blowed dried how else would you see the true color. I’ve never been expected to walk out a Solon with wet hair especially after a new color. Bella was clear that someone was going to shampoo me and blow dry so I can see final result. I was told to have a seat then after a second or so another stylist came up and asked if I wanted a blow dry style or whatever and I said yes, Bella cleared it up and said oh no just a blow dry which is cool I’m used to a blow dry with round brush (I thought was just routine) but I just needed to see the color and at least be dry before walking out. So the guy ask me to go to his chair and then told me next time I needed to schedule a blow dry and I “was lucky someone had time and that him being available was rare” this threw me off and I felt awkward and had a couple moments where I just wanted to get up and tell him never mind. He was overall nice but it was clear he wanted me to know I was lucky to have his time. Now I booked my appointment online and never did it state if I needed a blow dry after color and to schedule one. I paid 200 plus a $50 tip because Bella was awesome. She got my hair from medium brown to almost platinum, she was honest about the possibility of getting it as white as I wanted because of how dark my hair was but promised to get as close as possible.
