Critical: ProfessionalismAfter seeing one of the owners while she was a stylist at another salon for almost a year she dropped me with no notice when she decided I no longer fit the image she wanted to portray. She even cancelled my upcoming appointment which was only 2 weeks away. She did all of this via text message.
