Managed to get an appointment with her. However, on the day of the appointment there was a bad accident on highway 435, I call her and informed her that I was held up at the traffic jam due to the accident. She said that it would be fine if I be there in 15 mins. I actually got there in 15 mins and she told me that she need to reschedule my appointment. But I am already there, she doesn’t care and said that if I cannot reschedule the appointment I can get my refund. What kind of service is that? This tells me alot about this person.
