Toney is a barber/stylist who brings 20 years of experience right here in the heart of Jacksonville. As of January 2021, Toney is now the new owner of Sparky’s barbershop. While promoting professional men’s haircuts, he also offers military, civilian and children’s haircuts!

I started going to Toney’s for my son, it was last minute and all other salons were too busy, due to the fact that it was the weekend before school started so I didn’t mind the wait. I watched people coming in, and they too didn’t mind lingering until it was their turn. Finally, it was my son’s turn; and much to my surprise, he did a great job and that’s when I realized that all of the people waiting patiently with me; knew, it was all worth the wait. The best Barber we have went to for my son. He was very kind, knowledgeable and respectful person. By far the best hair cut my son has ever gotten. This is now the only place I will take my son for a hair cut. I also forgot to mention that it was only $12. So you will not be breaking the bank to get a great hair cut.
