It was bad experience. I got there for haircut and highlight my hair. She(Mimi) completely damaged my hair and she didn’t listen to me. They charged me for $220 and I got damage hair with orange hair color. She couldn’t cut my hair even. Also, you tried to convince us to come back the entire time by reminding us that we “know you now” and that you’re open 7-days-a-week. Now, I’m going to tell everyone to NOT know you now and not come in any day of the week. She can’t highlight and cut your hair everyone, she can damage your hair.

I went as a walk in just to blow dry my hair and to make straight, that’s all I wanted and the woman there did not even try to understand what I want, she told me she can do it and she has the time, once she started she sprayed it and used only the curling machine for the ends of my hair and DID NOT touch the rest of my hair, I didn’t like it it’s not even good curles though I wanted it STRAIGHT !!!! I asked her to redo it right and to do my hair from the top down she said she doesn’t have the time!!!! I was trapped into paying $45 for nothing
