I went there and the office was so clean and the staff was so welcoming. I truly enjoyed the doctor taking the time and explaining everything to me. I was not raced at all. I knew how much I was spending when other places tell you after the treatments along with surprise increases. I also liked how honest he was. He didn’t try to sell me everything. I’ve been getting Botox, filler and a multitude of other services from numerous wellness centers over the past 20 years but have never walked out without being treated. The staff were great but the doctor was so controlling that he insisted on treating an area that I know, from personal experience, does not react well to Botox. He absolutely did not like me having an opinion about the number of units I wanted or the areas that I wanted treated. He kept saying that if we don’t agree then we can depart friends. That was odd! I finally said, and he agreed, I don’t believe this is for me when he told be I needed 72 units, 8 of which would go into my chin. I told him that the most I’ve ever had in my chin was 2 units. He insisted that the provider was doing it incorrectly and my results must have been horrible. I told him that my results were great. If I would have been treated there, I would have pointed eyebrows and a completely frozen face. He’s just one of those doctors that believes he’s all knowing and personal experience and opinion mean nothing. He’s a Botox Bully!!
