Got my first wax here this morning. The tech was very sweet and made me feel comfortable as we just chatted the whole time. There are quite a few patches of hair left outside and inside that arent flattering that I’ll have to try and shave off but she did tell me there could be some from it being my first time? I also didnt get my wax free as advertised all over, just 20% off. I was told to try European wax center as they apparently ensure to get everything everytime but wanted to come here due to the fact I’ve tanned w Tommy’s for years.

Customer service is eh. Asked if I could upgrade my entire membership and the girl looked at me and said it would be too expensive asked what that price was and you could tell she just wanted to get back on her phone. Will upgrade at a different location. Tanned in the level two, and have the strangest tan lines from the bulbs.

I was burned when I went for a lip waxing. They simply refunded my money and gave me a free waxing. I now have a scar and they could care less. The burn was my entire upper lip! I sent pictures and went through several managers until I got to the store manager who never even called me and stopped responding to emails. Don’t go here!!!!!
