I visit here regularly, multiple times per week. Nothing good with this location at all. Staff is very inattentive and lackadaisical, and their attire is atrocious! No professionalism at all, no company shirts or anything. They’re half dressed wearing whatever the feel like, showing parts they shouldn’t like it’s a gentleman’s club or something. If you have a question, you’ll have to wait because typically they’re on their cellphones whining about customers or how tired they are instead of cleaning the place, which is becoming a much more serious issue by the day. The tanning beds are obviously “cleaned” with dirty old saturated towels, if they’re done at all, leaving other patron’s grease & grime for the next customer to clean up. I recommend bringing your own supply of Clorox wipes and a clean towel, because they usually don’t have much available for you to do their job for them. Sometimes you can even find someone’s personal garbage under a machine… disgusting things you truly don’t want to find, that I don’t dare mention here. For the money you shell out to be a monthly member, I’d expect it to be spotless. Instead, you feel like you need to hurry home and take a shower after being here. Someone needs to train these people how to clean. Better yet, hire new people who can! Who runs this place anyway? Pigpen from Charlie Brown?

If I can give this place no stars I would… I been going to this place for years but the current manager will charge you for things extra if you are not paying attention, then when you complain she gives you a number to call the place which elderly women answers and tells you manager of the place will call you which is the same person you are complaining about how well do you think your issue will get resolved. This happened to me twice the first time I didnt say anything but second time I had speak up but it doesn’t seem like my problem will get resolved so I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.. HOT TANS place is down the street 3 dollar difference in price and much cleaner and staff is pleasant please don’t waste you time or money with this place…

As a life long Tanner. When I was on baby #3 Tommy’s was the 1st Sunless tanning I tried. I had my Maternity Pictures the very next day. The tan was flawless. I got a package of 4. Every time I got a spray tan from them. I get alot of compliments. The only reason for 4 stars is because I feel like it is expensive. I would love to get a monthly membership. But It’s $58 a month.

I’m not trying to knock this place because the staff has always been really helpful and friendly and it is very clean, but I have to say the Versa Spa spray tanning is really a bad product. I decided to stop bed tanning this year to avoid skin damage and cancer risk so I tried this out. The color is pretty unnatural, the sprayer leaves orange dots in some places, and when your natural skin shows through (this happens within 2 days) it looks patchy and obvious that you spray tanned. It also made me break out in dark blackheads on my chest which looked really gross honestly. On top of all this it’s expensive. I switched to a tanner that I self apply with a mitt (Fake Bake on Amazon for like $12) and its 100% better, more convenient, the color looks natural, and way less expensive. Just a heads up. Great staff, clean beds, but don’t even try the spray tan. Expensive and bad product.
