I got $$$$ hair extension they shipped them in fast for an event I had coming up everyone was really nice. I got blonde extensions and my hair is brown they just made me pay and set me on my way. Critical: Quality, ValueI was so happy with my haircut from Tommy’s back in August. When I called for a trim I was told by the owner Michelle the hairstylist I wanted didn’t work there anymore and she out with a new stylist that she assured me this new person is completely competent. My hair looks like it was literally CHOPPED! I call them back and Michelle told me that she wouldn’t be able to fix it for at least 6 weeks and being wait listed! This is not an acceptable fix. When I called for a trim I was told by the owner Michelle the hairstylist I wanted didn’t work there anymore and she out with a new stylist that she assured me this new person is completely competent. Alisha is great! She has always done an excellent job on cutting, highlighting, and styling. She is always great with suggestions and does an exceptional job with every detail. The pricing seems a little expensive- but it is very worth it and it is definitely more expensive at other places, so this place is very reasonable. She has a great sense of style and I would highly recommend her!

Excellent Professional Friendly Salon. I just went here today for a dual cut, for myself and my daughter. We had a great experience – I would very very highly recommend this salon. The girl who cut my daughter’s hair kept my daughter busy chatting away and was incredibly friendly & personal with her. The girl who cut my hair suggested really good options for my hair which I wouldn’t have thought of. Both girls were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to Tommy’s Salon in the future. It was a little pricey ($47 for our two cuts) but it was so so worth the little extra cost.

Love Tommy’s Salon! Very clean, professional, and friendly. They always make time for me when, even last minutes calls. They do amazing color, and can match exactly what I want from just a verbal description. Jess also has great ideas when I want to change it up a little, without overkill. Tommy’s Salon is the high tech Salon with the small town, they know your name feel. When you walk in the door you will be greeted by one or more of their friendly staff. If you have been there before it will probably be by name. I see Michelle the owner. I have super curly hair that I like to wear straight. I love my Keratin and Olaplex treatments. She also keeps my color looking fabulous. I will get stopped randomly by others to tell me that they love my color. She is up to date on the newest products. If she isn’t available I feel comfortable seeing any of her staff as they are all excellent and will give you the same amazing service. #greatcolor #olaplex #amesiowa

The salon is beautiful hair cut looked good until I got home my A line bob is so messed up one side is longer than the other! Spent 34$ on a hair cut to have to go tomorrow to spend even more to get it fixed at a different salon will definately not be recommending to any one so mad and upset
