I love the customer service is at a professionalism level. My nails is always the way i like them. I have been going to them since 2016 and will continue. Tommy and his wife do not cheat customers when applying gel polish for their sales. Gel is only $25 unlike many nails shops its $30-$40 and only last withing three days of wearing it but at tommy’s it lasts for weeks.

These people have zero customer service. Their attitude is ALWAYS as if they dont want to do your nails or feet. I have given them many chances because this shop use to be one of my faves. But I dont like the way I feel when I’m in there, and that’s not how you should feel while getting your nails done. Tommy comes off as miserable, he barely speaks to you and listens to podcasts on his phone (in a different language ). In fact none of them speak. Today it was 3 customers there and 3 staff and the room was in complete silence, no music, no TV, no friendly smiles or conversations. The person who does the pedicures is HORRIBLE at painting toes. He did my nails crooked and tried to tell me it was because my ginger is crooked as If i dont get my nails done all the time. Just lazy and rude. The place is dirty and raggedy as hell. I will never bring my hard earned money back to them again.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I hope I don’t get foot fungus. The lady painted over lint. Had to redo 2 nails 3 times and I still had to repolish my big toe myself while sitting in a chair. There was a floating piece of metal in my water. She didn’t rinse my feet after scrubbing with the exfoliating solution. My daughter’s got full set gel nails. It’s lumpy and had lint in one of the nails. My daughter asked for round nails, so they have her square tips with round top. Horrible!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I was referred to this place by a friend. She had gone once and liked it. Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had in my entire life. Owner apologized for the horrible pedi and said that the nail technician was new, it was her first day, but still charged me $35.00. Plus this place is dirty and tin down. STAY AWAY

They’re so amazing I came in because the day before a place that was suppose to be amazing turned to be really horrible and destroyed my nails, the next day I came into Tommy’s nail underestimating them at first but they were so kind and so helpful and took great care they actually listened to what I wanted and super affordable i highly recommended them❤

They except walk-ins. However, l prefer to make an appointment, because l’m in and out within an hour. Staff is friendly and there are places nearby where you can grab some food, drinks or window shop all within walking distance.
