She was very nice and friendly. She had a gentle touch with her pedicure and she listened to what I was looking for in my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted . We are new to the area and walked in without an appointment. They were very friendly and took us in right away. I had Samira as a nail tech. She was very nice and friendly. She had a gentle touch with her pedicure and she listened to what I was looking for in my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted . Highly recommend this place and Samira. They are also reasonably priced.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueWow, my wife and mother-in-law have gone here for years. New ownership took over and will not honor gift certificates from last year. $100×2, gone. Well, I guess I know where I won’t be purchasing anniversary, birthday, mothers day, and valentines day gifts in the future. Really sad, do the right thing, especially when my wife still offered to pay something and tip. Wow, my wife and mother-in-law have gone here for years. New ownership took over and will not honor gift certificates from last year. $100×2, gone. Well, I guess I know where I won’t be purchasing anniversary, birthday, mothers day, and valentines day gifts in the future. Really sad, do the right thing, especially when my wife still offered to pay something and tip. Terrible service, even when not busy on a Wednesday afternoon!

I chose the $35 pedicure and didn’t even get a massage only rubbed my legs for 1 minute and that’s it. I didn’t get for what I paid for. Also got manicure and didn’t get a massage just a tub of lotion on top in 3 seconds and nails turned out to get chipped in less than an hour. Place is dirty they don’t autoclave their instruments they are used and nasty. Don’t go to an expensive nasty place that only takes your money and doesn’t care for quality nor hygiene for the sake of our health.The lady was very quick at doing my pedicure. Also got manicure and didn’t get a massage just a tub of lotion on top in 3 seconds and nails turned out to get chipped in less than an hour.
