I went there paying for nails I did not want. Someone didn’t do a good job for a regular French design and didn’t offer no sort of discount or customer service. Please, if you’re gonna do your nails, do it with someone that knows what they’re doing. Waste of money. They did not offer to fix it or change it.

Tommy and his staff are kind. They make sure to let you know the cost of their services. Tommy is a very nice man. He did my toes and was very careful not to thin out my nail when taking off my gel. He also handed out water bottles to the customers in the room.

**Zero Stars**. People do not go here because they do not value customers, period. I went in at 11:00 while no one was in there and was immediately told to wait as the nail tech was getting her toes done. I waited 10 mins and a guy comes to service me. Before I sat down I asked if they would be able to accomplish a particular nail design before I even received services. So the guy ask me very rudely “do you want your nails done or not?” I said excuse me, what do you mean? He said “do you want me to do your nails or do you want to leave.” No need to say more, I walked out and let him know that he was very rude and I would be letting others know.
