I’ve been getting a mani/pedi done by Tommy Nail’s for year’s. Tommy as well as his employees are great. Very professional. Someone makes sure to greet you as soon as you walk in, they communicate with each other regarding customer needs and they put a lot of effort into there work. The one down fall for me, is the wait time. If you don’t have an appointment, the wait time from when you walk in to the salon to getting a chair at a station can be ridiculously long (trust me on this) So I’d suggest calling before hand if your schedule is to chaotic for an appointment.

Critical: PunctualityIn love with my nails, they always do so good BUT I waited TWO hours before anyone even started to work on my nails. People that were coming in after me was getting worked on before me. Was there for almost three hours for my nails that took all of 45 minutes to do. This is the 2nd time I have been here. An I’ve never been WOWED here. My nails are always pretty as long as you dont look to close I’ll show pics for reference. But she didnt take the dip out far enough to the edges of my nails so part of my nail wasnt even dipped I know if you get the owners wife. She does amazing. Next time I will be waiting till I can get in with her. An the first time I went here the guy cut me.

This nail salon has the absolute WORST costumer service I have ever seen. They are nothing but liars and will make you feel like a worthless costumer and do not care about your needs. I have never experienced a nail salon that is horrible. I would NEVER recommend this place. We called ahead to ask about a wait, but they wouldn’t let us make an appointment. When we got there They told us our wait was 5 minutes and we waited close to an hour with NO service. We were seated in the seats for a long time. My mother’s tub lining and a whole in it and all the water drained out. We asked multiple times for it to be refilled and were ignored. The management is extremely rude. Their costumers are not important to them. They clearly do not care about if they have paying costumers or not, so I would take my money elsewhere.

I have gotten my nails done at Tommys many times by many different nail techs and I have always loved them. I just got them done by Tommy himself and was very disappointed. The shapes of my nails dont match, he cut my finger, seemed very rushed to get me out, and they are are already starting to catch on my hair after only one week. I would recommend any of the other techs but unfortunately was very disappointed by Tommy

It did take a pretty good wait to be seen. The service itself was quick and good. My nails look nice and they have stayed on for about 2 weeks so far. Friendly and clean.

They were quick and efficient. Wish the woman who was doing them didn’t keep checking her phone, but I digress, she did a beautiful job! I got the Next Gen tips. They feel so natural! Will come again when I can!

I go to Tommy’s every time I get my nails done because they always do an amazing job on my nails and they know exactly what they’re doing! You can tell how much they care about doing a good job and your satisfaction, I have never left there disappointed. I get Nexgen and it’s the cheapest I’ve found in cookeville!
