This place happened to be the closest nail salon to my new house so I decided to try it out (I didn’t make appointment but luckily the salon was not so busy at that time, I only had to wait for about 15 minutes). Made a morning appointment due to anxiety. The girls will laugh and talk to eachother in a foreign language the whole time. Made me feel out of place. Not included. “What do you want?” Being all that’s spoken to me is kinda funny. I felt I needed a fill after the job. They can paint higher. So upset I just took them off. I won’t return. Not worth the experience. Made me feel like I tossed 60 in the trash.

I normally love coming here. The owner does a great job with nail art and is open to try anything. That being said, they always seem to be short-staffed and overbook themselves to the point that they can’t keep their appointments straight. Made an appointment for mani/pedis in two weeks after our regular service. Came in for the appointment and were told that they were closed. She was only going to be doing the one client’s nails that was already there and then going home. At time of making the appointment, they seemed unsure, so I did double check, even asked if they wanted to take a name because they never normally do which I think leads to a lot of the confusion. I was assured that our appointment was made and that they knew who we were so no name necessary. If they would have just said that they were going to be closed, I would have just requested a different day/time, but again, I was assured it was fine. Just like everyone else, I have a busy life that I have to make time to do these kinds of things. I pay very good money and am a generous tipper regardless of actual service quality. This was very disappointing.

24hrs into having my nails done and my ring finger gel polish literally PEELED OFF after doing the dishes. In and out of the salon in an hour, loved the shape and the way my acrylics were done but very disappointed in how long the gel lasts. Don’t think I will be back.

Jack is very skilled and does high quality nails. He matches each nail extension to each nail to make sure they’re even when cutting and other places don’t usually do this! And when hes buffing the nails and shaping them it’s so satisfying how well done it is you can tell he is experienced! His nail skills are high quality. I highly recommend Jack here. I’m super happy and satisfied after getting my nails done, and for the quality the price is super affordable compared to others! I’ll post my picture I showed and what I got. I have never wanted acrylics until I saw my friends nails. Such beautifully well done nails I couldn’t stop looking! She referred me to Jack here! Jack is very skilled and does high quality nails. He matches each nail extension to each nail to make sure they’re even when cutting and other places don’t usually do this! I used to love this place and honestly speaking, I won’t be going back. I think they are currently using cheap products. My nails polish only lasts 2 to 4 days.
