Got acrylic nails done and they weren’t shaped well at all. They look like duck bills. The lady doing my nails was really distracted and almost skinned my fingers numerous times with the file and buffer. She took the cuticle trimmer out of an unsealed sanitary bag (those blue plastic bags they sanitize the tools in) and then put it back in the same bag when she was done. Hoping I don’t get an infection, probably would have if she cut my skin. Her station and the salon was pretty dirty overall. Would avoid this place.

I visited the area and came to do my mani & pedi. It was too busy, * took 2 hrs for my pedicure and black gel polish. I decided to just leave because I had other errands to do. As I was leaving, the manager Tina came out to my car and asked why I was leaving and didn’t do my nails. I said its taking too long and I have errands to run. She said come back in and ill help you. I hesitated and thought let me just go back & I did. And 2 more hrs later I’m leaving the salon . I was drained on self care day. I traveled out for the weekend early Saturday morning and 4 of my nails on my right hand were all cracked. Today 10/10/22, I came back to her to fix, and they are just terrible. I will not be returning. They are lumpy, and she didn’t allow me to wash my hands prior to adding clear finish. Here are pics to show the quality of work. Stay clear from here. I know that i will not be coming back.

So…I’m giving them stars because they did what I asked for…they game me a manicure/pedicure. But the quality is subpar. The first picture is right after. The lady didn’t bother making the polish even over the nail (hard to tell in picture) but when looking at nails you can see where there isn’t as much coverage nonetheless missed spots and uneven and didn’t care to check nails for imperfections. Fast forward to the next morning (second and third picture) and it’s already chipping and coming off. My fingers are already pretty rough around my nail due to me picking at the skin but they could have at-least still made the nail edges even anyways. The weird toe picture is what my toes did the NEXT day after wearing socks and shoes. I’ve never gotten a mani/pedi end up like this so quick. Not sure where the process went wrong or if it’s the products used but I can go get better quality from my 2 year old son.

The nails were great. But! The lashes have been causing me physical pain! First off, when they were doing them, they glued my bottom lid to my top. And when I said something was burning she straight said to my face that there was nothing there. I used the mirror and I did find that it was glued. And after it was done the black glue they use to attach the lashes was sticking out so far it was actually scratching my eyeball. There is a scratch on my eyeball now causing me physical pain because they messed it up. I will never come here again! It would be one thing if they realized what they had done and apologized or fixed it. But they didn’t even apologize!

Went today to get shellac manicure & regular pedicure. The lady doing my pedicure told me that it would be $64 for both & I said that was fine. I ended up adding an eye brow wax (which the sign in front of shop said $2). The man that checked me out said my total was $80… wasn’t thinking & just paid that plus tip… went back in & asked the lady why there was such a discrepancy in the cost that was told to me & what I was charged… she said the man doesn’t hear so well & that my total should have been $71… she refunded $9… the ladies were very nice & my nails & eyebrows look great… my toes look messy though… don’t think I will be going back

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWORSE PLACE EVERMy friend and I wanted to have a little girl time everything was going great until they ended up bringing the wrong color I tried to explain but I just got screamed at. I asked for something new and just simple so there wasn’t any confusion. She screamed again and marched off mad. I got my toenails painted the proper color but it wasn’t without dirty looks.Going to the nails were no issue but I noticed a young woman getting her nails done asking for a simple design the young woman tried to correct her nail tech but she didn’t listen so she asked for the design to be removed the nail tech started mumbling under her breath and grabbed the girl aggressively. Tina is very nice….problem is they rush thru the nails and feet and ….just not a good job. Within 4 days by nails lift and my feet feel worse that when it went in…. My daughter got her eyebrows waxed and the were so uneven . never again.
