I went in on Saturday 8/20/22 and got a full set from LaToya. Everything looked fine. By Monday 8/22/22 several had fallen out and didn’t match the other lashes on my other eye. I called her and left a message about what had happened. Asked her to please call me back because I was leaving on vacation the next day to see if she could squeeze me in. Shouldn’t have taken more than 5 minutes to add a few. Today is 8/31/22 never received a phone call or text message and I have very few lashes hanging on. Never got them wet. I’ve had them before. Even if she couldn’t have squeezed me in, it’s called good old fashioned customer service to at least touch base especially with a new client. A phone call or even text would have been nice. That’s a shame because I would have continued to use her services, but I won’t now.
