I went to tomato once before but it seems they are extremely inconsistent the nails i got today were rushed and sloppy. She left the edges rough and sharp and even the french tip didn’t come out even or at all neat. It looks absolutely nothing like the photo and was unfortunately $50. I don’t recommend this place it’s way too hit or miss:(

Lyn did an amazing job with my pink UV Gel fillings. Ivy was super patient with my mom. All together, the service was prompt, professional and best in class. I highly recommend them for all of your nails needs and I will be back for sure!! ♥️

I just left tomato nails and it will definitely be my LAST TIME going to that nail shop. They have terrible customer service and I don’t understand why they get the business they do. I showed the nail tech a photo of a picture FROM THERE OWN INSTAGRAM and she was unable to do it. I never go to tomato nails but my normal nail tech was unavailable and I was in dire need of a fill. The girl at the entrance told me to “go across the street to get my nails done like the photo”. I was left with cut up cuticles and a terrible paint job. Enjoy the $34 I paid because I don’t will never go back. Go to Bebe nails on Walker St. if you want quality nails and good customer service!

They don’t take their time to do anything it’s like they don’t even care to try . All they are worried about it how fast they can move to get the next person in the chair and more money. It’s ridiculous smh I asked for something so simple ! All she had to was take her time and file and shape my nails . It’s like asking them to take their time to file and shape is nearly impossible attached are what I asked for vs what I got .

I wasn’t going to waste my time writing a review, but I really feel like I have to at this point. This is the worst mani/pedi I have ever received in my life. Due to the technician being in such a hurry to finish with me, and constantly glancing at the door to see people coming in, she clipped my cuticles back too far multiple times and made several mistakes painting. She also used a Dremel, But instead of sanding down my cuticles she actually filed a trench across all of my nail beds (see photo) and now I have to wait for that to grow out. Also, they did not sterilize the equipment properly in between clients. After the pedicure, I was moved into a tiny back room with several other people, and there were flies everywhere… It was disgusting. They also had no driers so I had to sit and wait forever. Even while waiting for my nails to dry, they moved me twice more to make room for new clients… This is no way to treat a paying customer. On top of everything, my nails began to chip within 24 hours. I would never go back here, and I will not recommend this salon to anyone.
