I feel bad for the 2 guys that posted negative reviews. 1) ALWAYS call ahead. They are BUSY and have a FULL schedule. 2) If you got a “hack and whack” there, obviously you were not vocal enough about what you wanted. Tom and Chris are straight forward, no bull, great Barbers. The fact that they know almost ALL of their customers by first name should tell you how much business they get. I see a lot of guys hang around after their cut just to BS too. THAT is what a Barber Shop is about. for that 30 minutes (some of us more) You get to shoot the $hit with Tom, Chris, and whoever else might be in there. Some of their nostalgia you can read in there about the local area is a treasure. They do allow walk-ins, but out of my dozens of haircuts did I only get in once. Call ahead and call early. Definitely the best Barber Shop in town.

Tom is the best. My Mom will not go anywhere else but here. He treats her well and knows exactly what she wants. Today I took her and asked Tom if he could take an inch off of my long curly hair. He never hesitated and did a fantastic job. Im not a fancy Nancy like other women. I will now get my hair trimmed when I take my Mom again! Thanks Tom!!

Old fashion barber. Actually uses a straight razor and hot shave cream on the back of the neck and around the ears. Takes time to do it right. You’re not in and out of the chair in 5 minutes like the “styling” places and all for $11.
