Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame here to get my nails done for my birthday. Very disappointed. First I asked how much for full set…They never give you a price… Then asked price for ombré and was told $58. Too expensive so I requested a full set with polished tips. The tech said I can’t get that I knew that was a lie I get acrylic nails with tips all the time. He did want he wanted and I didn’t say one word because I told him what I wanted. A very messy job and I didn’t want to act out of character. My experience was awful! When a customer say what they want they are paying their hard earned money—-Don’t do what you want for them!!! I have nails that still have hard glue like substance under some of the nails. My pinky nails aren’t applied correctly (looks crooked) and the thumbs isn’t ombré …I just don’t know why we as a community support these type businesses.No clear English and add-on things you didn’t ask for. Came here to get my nails done for my birthday. Very disappointed. First I asked how much for full set…They never give you a price… Then asked price for ombré and was told $58. Critical: Quality, ValueI have never had a worse SNS manicure. The tech was very nice but rushed through it and kept making mistakes and not taking the time to fix them, which resulted in my nails turning out extremely uneven and looking terrible.They did offer to fix it but I unfortunately did not have time and, to be honest, did not trust them to fix them. They did not offer a refund or coupon or anything, which I expected but I feel a bit cheated.The polish also started cracking about an hour after leaving (see second picture). The tech did not use a light to dry my top coat and I wonder if the cracking is because of this.Service: Dip powderI have never had a worse SNS manicure.
