My husband and I went in on a Saturday morning and Tom was cutting someone’s hair and he said that he was going to just be cutting family’s hair today and that was fine by us but as we were talking to him he offered to cut my husband’s hair anyway. I guess his daughter was in the shop visiting with him before he closed the shop for a family function and she was looking us up and down the whole time we sat and waited. She left as he was starting to cut my husband’s hair. About 10 minutes later he had a phone call and it was his daughter and the phone volume was up loud enough for us to hear and she basically said that she wanted to make sure we were not hurting him or robbing him. She said she had a bad feeling about us. So, we will not be going back there where the family makes you feel like you have done something wrong by just wanting a haircut. His haircut was great. The best in town, but something like that is just uncalled for.
