Critical: ProfessionalismI am the husband of the customer who is extremely dissatisfied with the service. She went in for a color and style. While the stylist was friendly and was skilled, she did not perform as instructed. My wife told her that it didn’t look like she was wanting and the stylist told my wife that if she didn’t like it after it set in after a couple days to come back and it would be fixed. My wife waited a few more days (total of 5) and called back to re-schedule. The receptionist took her information and said the stylist would call her (my wife) to re-schedule. After 6 days of waiting and no call back, my wife called again. She finally got in touch with the stylist and the stylist said she could get her in over a week later. And that my wife would have to pay to have any corrective work done. That is standard policy for the company that any corrections after 3 weeks need to be paid for. My wife tried to get an appointment before the 3 week grace period and between not calling her back and scheduling her another week further out it was impossible to get her hair fixed within the 3 weeks. After my wife was finally able to call when the manager was available, he told her the same story. 3 weeks. Even if it is the fault of the Salon. We moved to Leavenworth because I was stationed on Ft. Leavenworth. We love the town and plan to stay. We work to support local business as much as possible. My wife is a 25 year retired Firefighter/Paramedic now working locally. She was hoping that she found her new ‘regular’ hair salon. I want to thank the staff at Tom and Ann. I want to thank stylists who did my Mary J Nichols hair today was Stephaine and my thinks you did a great job on it. My stylist was name Ethan and again he did a great job on my hair. The who staff was friendly and very helpful towards my 93 years old mom. Again I would recommend this place to anybody who need the re hair done. The cost between the both of was $72.
