When I showed up for my appointment, the stylist was very professional and explained to me why she did not recommend the type of hair and style of braids I originally came for. She told me that the hair would slip out in a few days and I would not be happy. She suggested the kinky twist because it would last much longer and in the meantime my hair would grow. By the time I go back for my next visit I should be able to get the style I want. I only want to wear my hair in a bun so I figured it would be okay. After my braids loosened after a few days, I tried to pull it up but the ends were curled and I did not like it at all because I did not know what to do with it. I contacted the owner and she did not hesitate to schedule an appointment for me to come back in so they could fix it for me and put it in a bun. They dipped my hair again to straighten out the curls and gave me a beautiful bun just like I wanted! I have received so many compliments! I am very pleased with the services provided! Even with my short hair, it only took her about 4 hours to do my hair and it is very full. The salon is very clean and with the pandemic, everyone is wearing a mask and the chairs are being sanitized before you sit down. I will definitely be going back again. This was my first time getting my hair braided and I have a short haircut. When I showed up for my appointment, the stylist was very professional and explained to me why she did not recommend the type of hair and style of braids I originally came for. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable about what they are doing. My first experience had me going back and I am yet to be disappointed. My first experience had me going back and I am yet to be disappointed. My hair was very short on my first occasion, not sure she would be able to catch it without me having a headache later on but she did and I was very impressed. Kept going back every time since then.
