My experience was terrible. The first time I went was great, but this time was very unsatisfying and the man at the desk was extremely rude. My masseuse was rushed and had long fingernails that dug into my skin. My girlfriends experience was also lackluster and rushed. Upon leaving we only had enough money for the two massages and didnt want to leave a tip after how dissapointing the service was and because of that the man at the desk called us “cheap” (チープ) in japanese to the two masseuses and insisted we tip them before leaving. So uncomfortably we forked over $10 and left. Im never going back to this place after such terrible service and I dont recommend you do either especially if youre a gaijin.

Visited Tokyo Shiatsu on a Saturday when most other massage places had closed already (10 pm)!! My friend and I wanted to find a decently priced place close-by, and this was perfect. I have never had this type of massage, but it is a good one. Shiatsu is the art of finger pressure massaging, so it really pinpoints specific muscles. This place is CASH only!!!
