TOKYO NAILS!!! Let me just start off my saying THEY BECOME FAMILY. I personally see the owner Mom not only has she crushed every single time I go, but she knows ALMOST everyone that walks in by their FIRST name. We then have Sophie! Who is also amazing who does my best friends nails! Then there is Mom’s daughter whom I’ve GROWN! to know from going there and her grandsons and family. She is also amazing and so personable and would highly recommend. PETER! The husband! He’s not only personable but hilarious and so very nice. He recognizes whom you are when you’re there and says hello as well as offers anything he brings in for treats. He also does nails and the interaction he has with you makes you very comfortable to tell him exactly what you want. Tokyo Nails is clean and is VERY VERY accommodating to any time you need. They do an awesome job above and beyond anywhere else I have ever been.

Critical: QualityWent to get a fill Thursday and on Saturday one of my nails already broke off. All I did was move a chair it shouldn’t break. While I was there getting a fill I went in before my friend and left after her it took a while to do my fill.

They always take their time and give you all the services you requested. Very professional. So much better than other nail salons. I travel 14 miles one way to them vs. a place only 1 mile down the road from me. So worth the extra drive. These ladies know what they are doing! Thank you!

Called and asked how long of a wait for two full sets the lady said come in we’re available right now we’re take you in. When we got in only 1 worker was available and I let my mom go first while I’ll wait for someone else to be ready, turns out it took 2 hours for someone to take me in (so they lied that they could take me in right away) the lady doing my nails was very very slow, my nails are uneven, thick and was overly polish. I let my nails dry for 30 minutes and are still wet after a hour and a half due from how thick the polish was. Do not come

Never again will I come back here after tonight. First off the place is very unsanitary! I came in for a mani and pedi. I was there two hours before they closed so they had plenty of time to do both. They rushed both my services. I never even got my massages for mani or pedi. I didn’t even get cream for my hands or feet. They were more concerned with getting me out of there so they could leave. I am sorry but when you are paying for a service I expect to get what I am paying for! They were very unprofessional and talk about you to each other. I would never treat my clients the way they treated me tonight. I have never felt so uncomfortable and upset in all my years getting mani’s and pedi’s. It was a horrible experience, I couldn’t wait to get out of there. NEVER again will I go there. Don’t waist your money!

I find the salon clean and the service is always very good. The staff are very friendly. Best quality gel manicure out of many salons I’ve been to, including those that are $15-40 more expensive.
