I would give 0 star if I could, I went to the spa and ask for 30mins massage for 45$and I give her 100$ and waiting for my change and the woman took my 100$ and told me to walk in to the room , but I told her where is my 55$ change, then she said that 55$ to PAY Tips, then I said No , I don’t want to tip you any tip before service. Then she said oh no you have to PAY the tips here. Finally I told her to give me my 100$ and I walked away. Never come back and I don’t really recommend people to this place.

It was my first time to visit Tokyo Massage. Anne did a wonderful massage, very polite and kind, and I feel a lot better. The facility is clean and quiet, and they are concerned with hygiene and being safe. I definitely will visit there again.

I really don’t like writing 1 star reviews but I have to with this place! It was anything but relaxing. The one positive thing is that all of my knots were out and my shoulders were less tense leaving but the experience completely ruined it.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place she kept asking me about my personal life and money I answered her questions out of respect undeservedly .I was given a massage without any oil and to make matters worst I was told not to go back again just because I wasn’t too generous with my tips. Wonderful massage, I did the full body and it was worth every penny. Time was well balanced between different areas of my body. Best massage I’ve had in Texas, beats my experiences at massage envy. Clean facility, temperature taken upon entry, staff wearing masks. Will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing!! Very clean, staff very friendly. Came in with lower back pain and spoke with Anne. She listened and did an amazing job getting out the knots in shoulders and focused on my lower back pain. Anne’s technique was awesome and left feeling 100% better. I came in needing just a quick neck massage. Its 45$ for a 30min BODY massage. I explained i just wanted neck and shoulders. The massage wasnt bad however she spent about 10 minutes pushing on a bone on either side of my back. She never went past my middle back. When we were done i was surprised she was still charging me 45$ for a BODY MASSAGE! Then 2$ extra for cc charge. By the time i left a tip i was out 57$! For a 30 minute short neck and shoulder massage! Ive never been here and now I won’t be coming back. You can get a massage combo lots cheaper elsewhere. Dont come here you will NOT get your money worth
